ABOUT W & W COLLISION CENTER

Our company originally began in 1973 as W & W Body Shop, an idea shared by two brothers who were both car enthusiasts. Starting with only two bays and a few tools, we have since grown tremendously to become one of the highest quality auto body shops in the North Georgia Mountains. YOUR LIFE AS AN AUTOMOTIVE REASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN

This entry-level position typically works a 4-day work week; 10 hours a day, Monday - Thursday from 6 am - 5 pm.

As an Automotive Reassembly Technician, you come to work every day ready to get the job done promptly and accurately. Alongside your team, you perform top-rate repairs and installations on our customers' vehicles. You service cars that have been in accidents, and you assist with both the disassembly and reassembly of these vehicles. When reassembling, you strive to get the vehicles back in pre-accident condition while adhering to original equipment manufacturer (OEM) requirements.

As needed, you install mechanical parts such as radiators and condensers. Attentive to detail, you perform calibrations, quality control checks, test drives, and final scans to ensure everything feels right before returning the car to the customer. You feel great about helping our shop get our customers back on the road


WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Willingness to complete I-CAR and other training
  • Ability to lift, squat, kneel, bend, and manage parts in excess of 70 pounds
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

No experience is required as we will train the right candidate. We partner with Career Collision Institute to provide you with a training program that will help you become a full Auto Body Tech in under 2 years.
