Your Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 4:30pm). Rotating weekends & Holidays as needed.

What You Will Do: The IVF Nurse Supervisor serves as the leader of all IVF Nurse Operations for the practice and reports directly to the Clinical Manager and physicians. The position is responsible for the supervision and management of both the IVF Nurse & Clinical Coordination Assistant Teams; and is responsible for providing individualized nursing care to CCRM’s fertility patients. This position collaborates closely with the physicians to coordinate patient care and treatment and consult with patients regarding treatment protocols, medications, and/or required testing procedures. The successful candidate must be a highly skilled and highly qualified RN with a passion and drive to deliver excellent patient care.

• Manage IVF Nurse team and staff, including schedules, PTO requests and timecard approvals.
• Ensure the smooth operational flow of IVF Nurse coordination and ensure a high standard of care.
• Coordinate daily department operations, including patient care, patient follow up.
• Achieve high patient satisfaction.
• Participate in the interviewing, hiring, employee feedback, disciplinary action, and termination processes for IVF Nurse staff.
• Function as a clinical resource person and role model for IVF Nurse staff.
• Review medical records and ensure appropriate data is entered into the patient’s EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians in developing and implementing a treatment plan.
• Provide initial patient consultation after consultation with physician.
• Coordinate infertility diagnostic tests and treatment plans with patient at direction of physician.
• Assure accountability for infertility/IVF patients each day, including ultrasounds, lab tests, physician orders, and other related items.
• Communicate with patients regarding medication, treatment plans, and test results.
• Perform intrauterine inseminations, as directed.
• Document all patient plans, interactions in EMR and place orders in EMR.
• Responsible for patient scheduling, and coordinates with surgery/front desk ART scheduling.
• Ensure all consents are signed in a timely manner.
• Ensure communicable disease testing is complete, accurate, and appropriate.
• Verify all patient documents are reviewed, accurate in EMR, and discuss with physician.
• Provide education to patients to prepare them to undergo procedures/testing related to infertility testing, insemination, in vitro (IVF) fertilization, FET, and egg vitrification, etc.
• Facilitate communication and documentation between the physician and the patient.
• Monitor established pregnancies via ultrasonography and lab tests, through the first 8-12 weeks of pregnancy and documents updates in the patient’s EMR.
• Provide compassion and emotional support to patients throughout their infertility experience.
• Maintains HIPAA and Confidentiality for all patient and clinic information, HIV confidentiality.
• Understand and assesses domestic violence and child abuse issues and reporting responsibilities and reporting concerns to Medical Director or Practice Administrator.
• Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Role:

• Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains direct reports.
• Oversees the daily workflow of the staff and department.
• Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
• Oversees discipline and termination of employees in accordance with Company policies.

What You Bring:

• Associate Degree (or higher) in Nursing degree from an accredited school required.
• Current State Registered Nurse license without limitations.
• Current BCLS
• 2+ years of previous experience in women’s health, fertility, OB/GYN, strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of previous nursing experience in other RN roles.

CCRM’s Compensation: The salary range represents the national average compensation for this position. The base salary offered will vary based on location, experience, skills, and knowledge.
