POSITION DESCRIPTION


The Fitness Center/Gym Supervisor (Operations Lead) plays a critical role at Burn Boot Camp as the leader of a client-facing team. You will hire, onboard, and manage your team. The Fitness Center/Gym Supervisor (Operations Lead) oversees making sure the employee and member experience is held to the Burn Boot Camp standard while maintaining a positive and inviting culture.

  • Able to prioritize multiple deliverables, work under pressure, and meet deadlines 
  • Able to capture content for social media and has a solid understanding of social media
