Affinity Dental Management, a premier dentist-run dental organization, provides comprehensive practice management and administrative support services to practices throughout the northeast United States. We are in search of a part-time Dental Hygienist who is enthusiastic and skilled in providing exceptional treatment and education to our patients. This role is crucial in promoting dental health and preventive care among our community. All experience levels are welcome, including new graduates. Location: NE Periodontal Specialist - 65 Elm Street, Worcester, MA 01609

Schedule: Monday - Friday: 2 days per week

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and prepare patients for dental hygiene services
  • Perform dental cleanings, scaling, root planing, and apply fluoride treatments
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
  • Take and analyze dental radiographs
  • Assist in identifying and documenting dental conditions
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment
  • Comply with all health, safety, and infection control protocols

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or higher from an accredited dental hygiene program
  • Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Massachusetts
  • CPR certification
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in dental hygiene preferred, new graduates are welcomed
  • Anesthesia certification
  • Radiology certification
