Position: RN Interventional Radiology

Location: Round Rock, TX

Schedule:

  • Shifts: Day Shift (7 AM - 7 PM)
  • Hours per Week: 36 (Full-Time)
  • Shifts per Week: 3

Salary:

  • Minimum: $32 per hour
  • Maximum: $53 per hour


Job Summary:


Join our expanding team at the forefront of healthcare innovation in Round Rock, Texas, as we prepare to open our new facility in January 2025. As a Registered Nurse in Interventional Radiology, you will provide specialized care and support in our state-of-the-art interventional radiology department, playing a critical role in the patient care team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide high-quality nursing care within the interventional radiology environment, assisting with complex procedures and patient management.
  • Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and monitor patient responses to treatments.
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and standards, ensuring a secure environment for patients and staff.
  • Educate patients and families about procedures, post-care, and health management.
  • Collaborate effectively with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.


Qualifications:


  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program; a major in Nursing preferred.
  • Current Registered Nurse license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in interventional radiology or a closely related field.
  • Strong clinical skills in patient care and procedural assistance in interventional radiology.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
