· Experience and training in desktop and laptop trouble-shooting (Intel).

· Additional experience working with and troubleshooting peripheral devices.

· Minimum two years’ experience.

· Formal specialized training may be substituted on the basis of one month’s training for one month’s experience.

· Dell Latitude laptops, HP desktops and laptops (subject to change) and A+ certifications required.
