THE GREAT PAY

You'll be compensated fairly for your hard work and dedication, with a competitive pay rate of $19 - $26 per hour.

Discovery ABA provides ABA therapy services to children aged 2 to 21. Our hands-on approach and commitment to evidence-based therapy aim to prepare children to function effectively in all areas of their lives. We are passionate about improving the lives of children with autism and empowering their families.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As an In-Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you can expect each day to be filled with new challenges and rewarding experiences as you work one-on-one with children, helping them reach their full potential. You'll have immense support from your behavior analyst, and working together, you'll make a difference in the lives of your clients.

In this full- or part-time role, you will have the opportunity to work flexible hours based on the needs of our clients, allowing you to create a schedule that works best for you.
