Position Summary:
The Lease Processor I is responsible for processing lease contract packages to ensure each file is accurate and complete prior to funding by performing the following duties.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review lease contract documents to ensure conformity for Stellantis Financial Services (SFS) policies.
- Ensure contracts submitted for funding has been accurately completed, specifically Truth-In-Lending and Regulation M disclosures and ensure the accurate calculation and proper disclosure of federal mandated fees.
- Ensure submitted contracts and loan packages are complete, accurate and reflect proper approval authorities.
- Verify information on the credit application pertaining to employment, residence and credit history.
- Closely inspect lease package documentation for suspicious or fraudulent documentation.
- Verifies calculations on the contracts prior to funding and prepares completed files for funding.
- Perform financial calculations such as income, payoffs, rebates, residuals, payments, money factors, lease worksheets, verification of employment, vehicle registration, driver’s license, residence and insurance coverage.
- Inform manager of discrepancies in contract package or verification of information and notates the file.
- Maintain confidentiality when accessing personal information of consumers, including, but not limited to, Social Security numbers and dates of birth.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned.

Experience:
- Entry-level no experience required.
Education:
- High school diploma and/or GED.
Skills Required:
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgement skills.
- Excellent verbal, reasoning, and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen
- Excellent planning, leading, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using lease software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications Preferred:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year experience as a loan processor.
Overtime required – required on an as needed basis.
Travel 0-10% - required on an as needed basis.
Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; Phoenix, AZ.
