We are seeking a Warehouse Lead to join our team at our facility located in Howard PA, PA, 16841. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment and possess a range of skills including forklift operation, mechanical troubleshooting, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Operate forklifts to move materials and products throughout the warehouse
  • Perform mechanical troubleshooting and assembly tasks as needed
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Utilize basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, to track inventory and shipments
  • Lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations
Qualifications
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Forklift licensed with proficiency in forklift operation
  • Demonstrated mechanical assembly skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
