Maintenance Technician

Looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team in Ijamsville, MD. The perfect candidate will possess a minimum of three (3) years of experience in building maintenance or general handyman services. While certification is not required, it is advantageous.

$23 - $30 hourly

Daily responsibilities will vary:

• Drywall patching, repairs
• Painting
• Light carpentry and electrical
• Light Demolition, carpet removal, trash removal
• Drive van/truck, stock & clean van, pick up materials for jobs
• Must be able to wear half and full-face respirator

Experience/Skills Desired (but will train the right individual):

• Building maintenance
• General maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and restoration work (not required)
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs regularly

Additional Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license, pass a pre-employment drug screen, and criminal background check.
