ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES

  • Performs a variety of light assembly operations using drawing schematics and diagrams to assemble components or subassemblies.
  • Applies rubber gaskets to sheet metal; rivets sheet metal and other components.
  • Work requires use of general shop equipment including Huck guns and a variety of other pneumatic hand-tools.
  • Receive detailed written and verbal instructions on all work.
  • Assignments are repetitive in nature and may be moderately complex; some judgment is required to perform rework and quality checks.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of one (1) year experience required.
  • Requires ability to assemble units to specifications, knowledge of shop tools; huck guns, and pneumatic hand tools.
  • Strong attention to detail; ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to meet production and quality standards.
  • Decision making and judgment is required to perform quality checks.
  • Positive attitude and the ability to function in a team environment.

Ability to lift 25lbs with or without accommodations.
