Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Registered Nurse (RN)
CTTX Health is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) team. As a PICU nurse, you will play a vital role in providing specialized care to critically ill children and adolescents.

As a PICU nurse, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive and individualized care to patients, monitor their condition, administer medications, and communicate with their families.
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled nurse who is passionate about pediatric care and has previous experience in a PICU or pediatric critical care setting. Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patients' conditions and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement a comprehensive care plan.
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide specialized care to critically ill pediatric patients.
- Monitor vital signs, evaluate diagnostic tests, and interpret and respond to changes in the patient's condition.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and families regarding their condition and treatment plan.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) or pediatric critical care setting.
- Current BLS and PALS certifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Passion for providing compassionate and specialized care to pediatric patients and their families.
