We are currently looking for a MedGas Superintendent

Other duties may be assigned. The Superintendent is responsible to oversee and manage manpower, material, and methods of installation of MedGas. This includes training, evaluating, and discharging all field staff under their direction.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS: Other duties may be assigned.

• Must have a sound knowledge of the industry.
• Must have sound knowledge of OSHA requirements as they apply to construction.
• Good organizational skills and time management skills.
• Good decision-making skills.
• Ability to communicate with a diverse range of people when in the field.
• Ability to understand the field requirements of the industry.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Walk all projects with general foreman and foreman to create an accurate 3 week look ahead.
• Review weekly Job Cost Reports. Monitor project budgets with all foremen.
• Check on subcontractors continually. Quality of the installation, plans, and specifications are met. Proper personnel should be maintained along with timeliness.
