Parts Associate

Job Summary:
Klick Lewis, a leading dealership in the auto industry, is seeking a highly motivated and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Parts Associate. This full-time, hourly position is located in Palmyra, Pennsylvania and offers a competitive salary range of $40,000 to $55,000 per year, paid biweekly. As a Parts Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring our customers receive the correct parts they need for their vehicles.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and assist them with finding the correct parts for their vehicles
• Answer inquiries and provide accurate information about parts availability, pricing, and compatibility
• Retrieve and organize parts from inventory, both on-site and through ordering
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and orders
• Process payments and handle cash transactions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of parts and excellent customer service
• Keep the parts department clean and organized

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the auto industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Must have a valid driver's license
