Job DescriptionJob Description

As a Production Worker I, you will report to the Production Line Lead daily and will be responsible for duties such as feeding the line, packing boxes with product, and helping to keep the facility clean. Working within a cold storage environment and with perishable products means that you will need to work efficiently as a team to ensure this product gets shipped to our customers. Team members work within a variable temperature environment and are expected to follow general manufacturing practices as trained.

Must haves

  • Commitment to Health, Safety and Hygiene practices always
  • Reliable and committed to quality standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excited about work variety, and appreciation for variant temperatures, including cold and damp environments (we provide PPE)
  • Exceptional teamwork and communications skills
  • A genuine passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Ability to communicate, read, and write in English.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

  • Previous work experience within manufacturing and/or food manufacturing
