Position: Alumni Coordinator | Vogue Recovery Centers - Phoenix, AZ | 

Position Overview:

The Alumni Coordinator hereafter referred to as the “AC”, is responsible for developing and implementing strategies in order to achieve benchmark goals for the facility.  The AC is responsible for development and management of the given territory of alumni participants in effort to increase brand awareness and alumni participation and engagement of the assigned facility.  The AC is also responsible for working with the Director of Alumni Services and leadership to assure exceptional patient/community satisfaction, and developing and achieving community education, interaction, and awareness goals.  The AC is responsible for: assigned market growth, developing and maintaining a quarterly plan, daily entries into CRM (Salesforce), weekly alumni meetings which include, but are not limited to monthly outings as well as a bimonthly volunteering and an annual event to drive business/engagement.


Job Duties:
- Assists in the continuous development and assessment of the Alumni Program through identified
metrics through adhering to standards integrated with the position responsibilities, however not
limited the complete description.
- Monitors Client Satisfaction Surveys, reports data to leadership, and facilitates action plan with
related departments.
- Maintains open communication lines with leadership, facility staff, clients, and their support
systems.
- Liaisons with local community agencies through networking conference attendance, open houses,
etc.
- Utilizes multiple platforms to ensure adequate data entries to obtain comprehensive outcomes and
meet established goals.
- Develops and works with an Alumni Board that further establishes and assesses facility assurance.
- Develops and assess measures of discharge outcomes.
- Manages identified social media platforms.
- Manages Alumni Calendar of weekly, monthly, and annual alumni events.


Education Requirements:
Graduate from an accredited college or university with a minimum of an associate degree in public relations
or health related field.


Experience Requirements:
A minimum of 1-3 years experience in public relations or health related field may substitute for a degree.
Familiar with recovery-based materials; AA, NA, Refuge, SMART Recovery, Celebrate Recovery, etc.


Licensure/Certification Requirements:
CPR and CRS, and other peer based or interventionist certifications preferred.
