Job Summary:

Create visual assets to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate internal and external audiences. Develop the overall layout and production design for both digital and traditional print applications such as websites, posters, banners, brochures, and more. You will assist other teams with any necessary assets ranging from events, social media, and web development.


Essential Functions: 

  • Create assets and content for marketing across social, web, email, and print.
  • Develop graphics, images, video and designs based on concepts set forth by the media and marketing director.
  • Prepare rough concept design presentations to share with the team for review
  • Prepare and edit weekly webinar presentations, and design as needed
  • Incorporate design changes on time
  • Edit and organize event photos, videos, and other assets
  • Maintain brand identity and design by adhering to brand guidelines
  • Gain an understanding of applicable platforms, software, and hardware that complement media and marketing responsibilities surrounding events (ie webinar hardware, audio mixer, video switcher, etc)


REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB

  • 2-4 years of experience in graphic design or related field
  •  A minimum education level of: Bachelors in Graphic Design or related field


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES FOR THIS JOB 

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom.
  • Strong understanding of web-based platforms such as Canva, Figma
  • Strong understanding of core design principles
  • Ability to understand how their assets fit into projects as a whole
  • Ability to own completion of tasks
  • Ability to work under pressure, finding creative solutions, and communicate in last-minute deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to use office software such as MS Office, Google Docs
  • Photography and videography skills a plus
  • Understanding of audio / visual equipment a plus


The pay for this position ranges from $30-35/hour DOE.
