The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for all positions within KWF. This individual must have enthusiasm for customer service and exemplify excellent communication & organizational skills. The Recruiting Coordinator will embrace the KWF Culture and can speak about our mission and history. This individual will demonstrate a kind, warm demeanor, and the desire to consistently engage in a positive work environment.


Daily Operations:

  • Collaborates regularly with hiring managers for all recruiting needs.
  • Uses applicant tracking system to screen candidates’ applications and resumes.
  • Eagerly sources candidates from various channels both online and in person.
  • Networks through job fairs, events, and social media platforms.
  • Develops and maintains strong business relationships in the industry.
  • Manages a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails.
  • Performs phone and in person interviews; Assesses applicants’ skills, experience, and attitude.
  • Fully comprehends various roles to provide a realistic job preview to applicants.
  • Coordinates interviews for hiring managers.
  • Plans recruiting initiatives with local colleges and high schools.
  • Prepares recruitment materials: posts jobs to appropriate job boards.
  • Maintains and monitors applicant tracking system daily.
  • Develops relationships with candidates and is the point of contact throughout the recruitment and hiring process.
  • Onboards all new hires and is responsible for preparing all new hire documents.
  • Assists with completing reference checks.
  • Notifies candidates of selection/rejection after hiring managers have made their determinations.
  • Assists with updating job descriptions.
  • Works in collaboration with HR Director to implement recruiting strategies.
  • Assists in all staff events and attends job fairs.
Requirements:

  • Flexibility of schedule to allow for evening and weekend work when necessary.
