Holtec International, a global supplier of heat transfer equipment for nuclear, fossil, solar and 
geothermal plants, seeks a project manager with strong academic credentials, good  communication and organization skills, and a solid foundation in thermodynamics and heat  transfer. 
The position is located at Holtec’s technology center in Camden, NJ.  Holtec manufactures heat  transfer equipment domestically and internationally through a network of manufacturing partners.     
The Project Manager is responsible for the successful implementation of projects and provides  support to identify and develop new opportunities. This position will manage the overall  relationship with the customer. Principal duties include:  
·     Project completion within budget, on-schedule and to customer’s satisfaction 
·     Compliance with contract in a cost-effective and technically sound manner 
·     Reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, contract requirements, and 
applicable standards 
·     Approves design changes, specifications, engineering analyses, and drawings 
·     Preparation of proposals and commercial quotes of out-of-scope work as required 

Requirements:  
All candidates MUST possess the following: 
·     5+ years of Project Management experience (nuclear, or related) 
·     Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited, four-year university 
·     Relevant project management experience 
·     Experience with Heat Transfer, Heat Exchanger, Air Cooled Condenser, Thermodynamics, 
HEI, ASME, and HTRI  
·     Strong scheduling experience using Primavera or Microsoft Project 
·     U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident Status 
·     Excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving 
skills 
·     Strong time management and organizational skills 
·     Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) or equivalent 
In addition, all candidates must be capable of obtaining unescorted access to domestic  commercial nuclear power plants, including passing drug and alcohol screenings.
