INDUSTRY-LEADING COMPETITIVE PAY:

  • Selected routes average between $1,726 - $1,838 per week with a PAY INCREASE coming September 2024 in which you will average between $1,768 - $1,884
  • Starting pay is 57.5 cpm with a PAY INCREASE to .59 cpm in September 2024
  • Average 2,655 - 2,850 miles per week
  • $20 stop pay with a PAY INCREASE to $20.25 per stop in September 2024

Role Details

  • Average 5-10 stops per week
  • You will be HOME DAILY with some day and night positions
  • Day drivers start between 8 am and 12 noon with delivery times between 5 pm and 9 pm
  • Overnight drivers start between 5 pm and 9 pm and deliver between 4 am and 7am
  • Your freight will be 100% NO TOUCH
  • Enjoy a FIVE-DAY WORKWEEK with potential weekend shifts
  • CHOOSE YOUR ROUTE and benefit from start and end times that suit your preferences
  • Your workweek starts on Monday or Tuesday, depending on selected route, OFFERING YOU Flexibility Top of Form
  • Hauling 100% NO TOUCH food products, miscellaneous goods, and furniture to big box retail store locations in the Nashville area and College Park, GA
  • EXPAND YOUR SKILLS with a blend of reefer and dry van driving - reefer training included
  • NEED A CHANGE? Bid on new routes 2x year
  • Our late August re-bid process gives all drivers the opportunity to select routes by seniority, ensuring you can choose the SCHEDULE THAT WORKS FOR YOU
  • Several routes will also include a backhaul
  • PAID TIME OFF including 8 paid holidays
  • Excellent insurance coverage that includes MEDICAL, PRESCRIPTION, DENTAL, VISION AND HEARING starting as low as $97.55/week for family plans and $37.35/week for individual plans effective after 30 days

Requirements

  • Drivers must live within a 75-mile radius
  • Must have 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
  • Drivers must have Class A CDL
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • No convictions for reckless driving within the past 5 years
  • No convictions for DUI within the past 5 years
  • No suspensions or revocations within the last 5 years
  • No serious violations within the previous 12 months (15 mph or greater, following too closely, improper passing, traffic offense committed in a CMV in connection with fatality)
  • No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years
  • No preventable DOT recordable accidents within the past 3 years
