Worship Leader

Kingdom One is partnered with a disciple making church located in Ontario, CA that is looking to grow their team by adding a Part Time Worship Leader 

Vision for this role:

The Part Time Worship Leader will step into a strong worship ministry to help take the ministry to all new levels in both excellence and depth of faith. This includes working with the ministry staff in developing and planning worship experiences, leading worship for weekend service and other events, developing and growing a team of musicians, and contributing to all aspects of the worship gathering

• Has a vibrant and growing relationship with Jesus, marked by devotion to God’s word and living on mission for Him. 
• Has the heart & ability to activate the hearts of people to cry out to God with passionate and devotion. 
• Is a proven leader, mentor and team builder. 
• Is a self-starter who does not need to be micromanaged. 
• Has a strong singing voice and the ability to play either guitar or keys, and/or other instruments common to contemporary worship. 
• Has expertise in the areas of sound, visual arts, online ministry and video. 
• Ready and willing to invest in this church as one’s home church. 

We’re looking for someone who will:

• Work with the Lead Pastor to cultivate meaningful worship experiences.
• Select the music for each worship experience.
• Provide the team with the order of worship and song sheets via SongSelect and/or Planning Center.
• Work with the A/V team to produce quality worship experiences.
• Participate in one of our LifeGroups during the week. 
• Develop and maintain a missional mindset and servant’s heart, attending to spiritual growth and development.

Salary information: $1200-1500 per month.
