**Job Summary:**
As an Aerial Line Tech, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining overhead telecommunication lines. You will work outdoors, often at heights, to ensure that aerial cables and associated equipment are properly installed and functioning correctly.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of telecommunications equipment and tools
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols

**Responsibilities:**
- Install, splice, and repair aerial telecommunication lines and equipment
- Perform regular maintenance checks to ensure system functionality
- Adhere to safety standards and protocols while working at heights
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used

**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding conditions
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
- Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity for detailed work on cables and equipment

**Note:** This role requires a strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
