We are a leading dental practice committed to providing exceptional periodontal care. Our team of experts focuses on delivering personalized treatment plans and outstanding patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Patient Coordination: Guide patients through their periodontal treatment journey, ensuring they understand their treatment plans and options.
  • Scheduling: Manage and coordinate appointments, ensuring efficient use of time for both patients and the dental team.
  • Financial Management: Discuss treatment costs, process payments, and assist patients with third party financing.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with periodontists, dental hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.

Qualifications
  • Dental Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Radiology License (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work independently.
