PK Property Services, LLC is looking for a 2nd shift Special Project cleaners

This great position is a full time Monday through Friday 8-hour a day and be able to work some weekends. Must be flexible with hours

The janitorial special services-project manager main responsibility is to manage in the daily operation of specific contract services delivered to customers in a timely and quality manner. The duties of this job include sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and buffing the floor surfaces of commercial buildings. cleaning offices, hallways, common areas, and other areas. Moving furniture before and after cleaning. Be able to clean a workspace, offices, schools, warehouses or similar space. This task is broken down into several duties performed throughout the day or at other regular intervals, such as floor maintenance, scrubbing, buffing, stripping and waxing floor, shampooing carpets, window washing, concrete floor specialties.

Must have valid driver's license.

Must be flexible with the scheduled start time anywhere from 4pm and up (until work is done)

Qualifications:

  • Possess and maintain valid appropriate certifications and licenses, as stipulated by the customer facility
  • Ability to operate minor equipment
  • Be able to read and understand instructions associated with the equipment
  • Must be a self-starter and able to produce work with minimum supervision
  • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Compensation:
PK Property Services offers extremely competitive compensation for the industry
