Part-Time Cashier

Position responsibilities:

• Welcome customers, maintain knowledge and help them with the selection of merchandise including guns, gun accessories, hunting & fishing supplies, apparel, accessories, etc.
• Receive payments in cash and through credit cards, Issue receipts and manage refunds
• Maintain checkout operation, Complete required paperwork and data entry services
• Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry
• Check source documents for accuracy
• Verify data and correct data where necessary
• Communicate and cooperate with other staff and management team
• Will have to work Saturdays and some holidays.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Must be computer savvy; must know how to type, use Microsoft office proficiently, and be willing to learn new programs.
• Must be able to multi-task, VERY Important.
• Retail/Customer Service experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
• Must be able to work in team environment.
• Must be 18 or older
• Clean background, background check will be done.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent
