Role Overview:

Are you a driven sales professional eager for a new challenge and growth opportunities? We're looking for a strong salesperson to join our dynamic team, help us expand our market presence, work closely with leadership, and shape our go-to-market strategy.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

  • Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by managing sales opportunities and business relationships.
  • Strategically prospect within key verticals to develop new opportunities and build a robust pipeline.
  • Use the MEDDIC sales process to secure new business and grow existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Credit Risk, Compliance, Customer Service, and Partners, to advance the sales cycle.
  • Provide leadership with timely and accurate forecasts, territory plans, and strategic account plans.
  • Achieve KPI metrics such as new prospect meetings, pipeline growth, and revenue targets.
  • Mentor SDR members and contribute to collaborative projects, including prospecting.
  • Offer customer and competitor feedback to internal teams for product improvement.
  • Keep CRM updated with activity and opportunity status.
  • Travel for meetings and events as required.

 

Requirements:

 

  • 2+ years of sales/partnership experience in business development or similar roles. Fintech/Payments experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and increasing sales with existing accounts.
  • Natural sales instinct with a knack for spotting opportunities.
  • Positive attitude and a strong motivation to learn.
  • Team player with drive and ambition, capable of thriving in a fully remote role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
