- Providing training, direction, and supervision to the team.
- Maintaining technical expertise in various tax areas related to industry specialization.
- Building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
- Managing a book of business, including budgets and production goals.
- Engaging in consulting and special projects as requested by management and clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BSBA in accounting.
- CPA certification.
- 10+ years of experience in public accounting.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple client projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Working knowledge of accounting and auditing principles.
- Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Word and Excel, ProSystem fx Tax.
