We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BCBA to join our team as an Assistant Clinical Director. In this role, you will support the operations of our centers onboarding and assessing new clients. Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide clinical oversight and supervision to BCBA/LBS clinicians
  • Assess direct reports and provide professional development resources
  • Complete initial assessment and treatment plan for center-based cases
  • Successfully transition initially assessed clients to treatment team
  • Support Clinical Director in internal audits and quality assurance activities to ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Director to develop and refine ABA programs and services.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for clinical staff to ensure adherence to best practices in ABA.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations, as well as BACB guidelines.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Licensed Behavior Specialist Certification in Pennsylvania.
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience providing ABA services, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles, techniques, and ethical guidelines.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with advances in the field.
