Position Title: Receptionist

Receptionist

Jaguar Land Rover Portland a Don Rasmussen Company, one of Portland’s oldest and most respected automobile retailers, was established in 1950. JLR Portland recently finalized construction on the world’s finest Jaguar Land Rover retail facility and is embarked on its most exciting chapter in its 73-year history. Selling and servicing the Jaguar Land Rover collection of Defender, Discovery, Range Rover and Jaguar which are on the leading edge of the Modern Luxury Experience for the automotive consumer.

  • Must be able to work weekends.

Receptionist Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Greet and directs guests
  • Answer phones
  • Communicate with guests in a professional, courteous and efficient manner.
  • Offer refreshments and make coffee beverages.
  • Maintaining reception area, coffee bar and guest areas
  • May also assist clients while awaiting assistance from Sales.
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
