Core Job Responsibilities (Not all inclusive):
- Troubleshooting problems for staff on electronic equipment including internet, telephone and facsimile systems.
- Maintaining electronic equipment in all the residences where electronic equipment owned by Guidewire, Inc is installed.
- Researching and recommending software and/or hardware changes/improvements.
- Training of staff on software.
- Ensuring compliance with the Agency policy on computers and software.
- Maintaining inventory databases of computer equipment and locations and computer related supplies.
- Assist with Agency Website.
- Assist with maintaining email addresses and communication with email host company.
- Communicate with all levels of management and staff on a diplomatic and courteous level.
- Assist with monitoring and maintaining Shortel Phone system across the Agency.
- Assist with policy development regarding data security & equipment use.

Qualifications:
- This position requires a minimum of two (2) years in a technical, hands on environment, dealing with Microsoft software, electronics hardware. The ability to work in a fast paced, challenging environment is required.
