Our company is looking for an experienced Licensing and Contracting Specialist to join our rapidly growing organization. With responsibility for management and oversight of licensing agreements, the ideal candidate should demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of licensing and contracting requirements, thorough attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proactive time management with a high degree of urgency.
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Review and process applications for licenses, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with applicants to clarify details, correct errors, and obtain missing information.
- Perform background checks and verify credentials.
- Issue licenses to qualified applicants and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with developing policies and procedures for the licensing and contracting process.
- Research regulations to guarantee contracts are updated and in compliance with laws.
- Facilitate training sessions on licensing processes and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the main liaison with outside contracting representatives.
- Coordinate with agents and agencies to ensure terms of contracts are fulfilled in compliance with the contract terms and regulations.
- Be aware of legislative/regulatory issues that may be related to the contracts you are overseeing.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same or similar role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
