Electric Sign / Scoreboard Foreman / Leadman
We are seeking a working electric sign and scoreboard foreman and/or leadman for hire in the California market. We are an established Public Works General & Electric Sign Contractor based in Riverside, CA performing work throughout the state. We offer competitive compensation/prevailing wage, health insurance, and 401k.
The person we are looking for will be a safe, responsible, punctual, loyal, and qualified leader with a positive attitude willing to learn and take on more given the proper support. This is a key long-term position with the opportunity for growth and advancement for the right individual.
Necessary sign/scoreboard skills and experience include:
- Excavation, reinforcement, concrete, and embed placement for foundations.
- Trenching, conduit, wiring, and connections for electrical and data feeds.
- Steel erection for bases, cabinets, and panels.
- Equipment operation and rigging for backhoe, mini excavator, telehandler, boom lift, etc.
- Material handling of fragile components.
Additional necessary credentials:
- Ability to legally work in the United States.
- Ability to legally operate a vehicle in the United States.
- Reliable transportation.
- OSHA30 Certification (we can assist with this).
- Equipment certifications.
- Ability to lead a crew of fellow employees.
- Willingness to travel.
