Warranty Tech

Residential homebuilder, William Ryan Homes, is seeking a highly motivated Warranty Tech to join our West Valley production team. The person in this position is responsible for providing high quality and cost-effective warranty service to our homebuyers including but not limited to:

• Maintaining high standards of quality throughout the warranty service process including craftsmanship, subcontractor supervision, safety, and cleanliness
• Maintaining warranty schedules with diligent project and time management
• Committed to providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Knowledge in local, state and federal building and construction codes; OSHA and EPA guidelines
• Ability to read and comprehend detailed construction blueprints, specifications, and detailed development drawings
• Basic technology skills, including Microsoft Windows, Outlook, and residential production scheduling system

Experience/Education

• Some experience in Production Homebuilding environment
• Previous experience in Commercial T/I is preferred
• High School Diploma or GED

Other Requirements

• Minimal travel required; must own or lease a truck and have a valid driver’s license with insurance coverage
• Cell phone with data package
