Summary:
The HRBP Manager is responsible for leading a team of HR professionals to ensure consistency and compliance in policies, procedures, practices and programs across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and define appropriate policies, procedures, practices, and programs for effective management of the people resources of both corporate and local manufacturing facilities.
- Manage enforcement and administration to ensure fairness and consistency
- Guide and advise leaders in organizational structure decisions and changes.
- Implement human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, in close collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence (COE)
- Assist COE’s Leaders with the management and administration of other Human Resource support functions including organizational planning, organizational development and succession planning, compensation and benefits, HRIS, public/community relations, and general affairs.
- Conduct organizational root cause analysis and partners with the COEs in the formation and rollout of HR initiatives for the site.
- Proactively identify talent management opportunities and workforce projections to support growth
- Drive employee centric culture including management and teammate development initiatives
- Coach leaders on policy application and interpretation
- Support and empower HRBPs through all investigations to final resolution
- Drive policy and procedure communications and changes across the business that drive and align the desired culture and company values
- Assist in analyzing turnover. Identify and communicate trends. Determine corrective action.
- Manage and balance multiple demands and priorities to achieve optimal results
- Conduct thorough and timely Layered Process Audits in appropriate work areas
- Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3R Standards:
- Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain
- Right Location, Right Quantity, Right Container
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or MS preferred, or equivalent, relevant experience
- SHRM or other relevant certification preferred
Experience:
- 7 to 10+ years in HR Management in a manufacturing company, developing and driving initiatives, project planning & execution
- 3 to 6+ years of experience leading a team and managing processes
- Experience cultivating and driving a performance-centered work culture at all levels of the business
Skills:
- Comfort around higher management
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and make sound decisions
- Effective workflow and process management
- Planning skills and effective communication of priorities
- Delegation and directing teams to meet goals
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support and work with HQ and global sites
