The Role – Inside Sales Specialist: As a vital member of our team, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our prospects, offering you the unique opportunity to introduce them to a healthier, more fulfilling lifestyle. Your role involves:

  • Proactively engaging with leads, guiding them through the sales funnel.

  • Moving leads through the sales funnel via phone, text, and Zoom.

  • Utilizing CRM tools and other technologies to track and manage communications.

  • Employing your knowledge of human psychology, backed by data, to make strategic decisions.

  • Continuously learning and adapting within the dynamic wellness industry.

Your Expertise:

  • 2+ years in consultative inside sales.

  • Experience in nutrition, fitness, or wellness sales is a plus.

  • Proven track record in selling premium-priced subscription services and exceeding sales quotas.

  • Proficiency in using CRM tools for comprehensive documentation.

You probably have experience selling one or more of these:

  • High-ticket health and wellness programs

  • Executive coaching/networking memberships

  • High-end travel/experience services

  • Luxury rental/charter memberships

  • Concierge lifestyle management services
