Job DescriptionJob Description

Pawsh Palace in Las Vegas, NV is looking for one operations manager to join our 23 person strong team. We are located on 3081 Business Lane. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged. Must be available Mondays, & weekends, & Holidays. Hours can range from 8am-8pm, will not work longer than 8 hour shifts. Full time position 5 days a week. Opportunity to grow within the company is endless.


Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the owner of the business
  • Marketing experience required. Mailers/ Facebook ads, Google ad words, etc.
  • Running errands such as grabbing supplies for the business
  • Help with payroll for staff
  • Key holder will need to open in am or close at night
  • Organize and manage appointments or meetings. Hire new Staff.
  • Help complete daily tasks needed
  • Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed
  • Delegate tasks and projects and provide follow-up action
  • Ensure business quality standards are met
  • Develop and implement best practices to maximize team efficiency


Qualifications

  • Experience working as a manager
  • Ability to listen and communicate effectively
  • High attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, and prioritize
  • Vehicle for transportation
  • Must be able to lift things/ put things together.
  • Must be trustworthy & provide references.
  • Must love animals.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage time in accordance with needs
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Knowledge of computer function and applicable business software
  • Marketing/ business qualifications required.
