Schedule & Pay

  • Full-time, 40 hours weekly
  • 8am - 4:30pm, weekend and holiday rotation
  • $20.00/hour
Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be crucial in ensuring our community is safe, well-maintained, and operating smoothly. Your tasks will include:

  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and household appliances 
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently
  • Assisting with preventative maintenance schedules
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed to the highest standard
Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent 
  • 1+ year(s) related experience; specialized training or certification accepted in lieu of experience
  • Valid driver's license
