We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to join ADARx Pharmaceuticals as a Contract Coordinator to help meet our fast-growing contractual needs. This position will be responsible for coordinating all activities related to the preparation, review, execution, and the administration of contracts.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Manages the contracts process, including maintaining and updating the Company’s contracts system.
- Maintain database of all contracts, including tracking their status and ensuring they are updated and compliant.
- Collaborating with different departments and stakeholders to gather all necessary information for contracts.
- Assisting in the negotiation of contract terms with external partners.
- Monitoring contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and to identify trends and issues.
- Resolving any existing contract conflicts with vendors or partners.
- Ensure contracts are executed in accordance with corporate strategies
- Ensuring all deadlines and conditions described in contracts are met (e.g., payments and deliveries).
- Ensure cost efficiency in all contracts.
- Providing advice and guidance on contract matters.
- Ensure legal documents are accurate, properly formatted, and meet the necessary legal requirements.
- Maintains and helps update contract templates and other legal documents.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree is required.
- 2+ years minimum experience of relevant work.
- Familiar with DocuSign, AdobeSign, and Contract Management System.
- Understanding of key contract terms.
- Knowledge of procurement process and contract management.
- Proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite products, Adobe Pro.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pharma/Biotech experience.
- CRO experience is a plus but not required.
Required Key Attributes:
- Must be able to work independently with supervision as needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Adaptable / Flexible - willing and able to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities as well as an ability to meet day-to-day challenges.
- Understand project timelines and deliverables and plans/coordinate project work accordingly with departmental, functional, and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of technical legal terminology.
- Knowledge of legal processes and procedures.

- Total Compensation includes base salary; benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; 401(k) matching program; paid time off; paid holidays; Employee Assistance Program; and other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including but not limited to cash bonuses.
- Following a conditional offer of employment, satisfactory completion of a background check (including criminal records check) is required prior to beginning employment.
