CKC Operations, LLC is a leading construction company specializing in road construction and maintenance. We are currently seeking a skilled Asphalt Roller Operator to join our dynamic team.

As an Asphalt Roller Operator, you will be responsible for operating a roller machine to compact asphalt to ensure a smooth, level surface according to project specifications. You will work closely with the paving crew to ensure high-quality workmanship and efficient project completion.

**Key Responsibilities:** - Operate asphalt roller equipment to compact asphalt surfaces during road construction and maintenance projects. - Monitor equipment performance and report any mechanical issues. - Follow project plans and specifications to ensure proper compaction and smoothness. - Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations. - Assist with other duties as assigned by the project supervisor or foreman.

**Qualifications:** - Proven experience as an Asphalt Roller Operator or similar role in road construction. - Knowledge of asphalt paving techniques and equipment operation. - Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
