A local company with a facility in the Redford, Michigan area is currently seeking a Welder / Fabricator for a long term opportunities with their growing team. Requirements

Qualified Welders / Fabricators will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:

  • · 3+ years of recent / relevant experience with MIG welding in a low volume production environment.
  • · Strong ability to weld / fabricate parts from blueprints.
  • · Be able to weld / fabricate parts in accordance with customer specifications.
  • · Must be able to work in the United States (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered).
  • · Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, references, etc.

Benefits

Welder / Fabricator rates are anticipated to be $27 - $35 per hour based on the candidates experience and education. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. Overtime is paid at premium rates over 40 hours. We offer excellent benefits including great medical, dental and vision.
