The Risk & HSE Specialist will be a key contributor to our growth. This position will be the primary driver of compliance and risk mitigation for our employees and contractors. 


Primary Activities: 

  • Develop and implement HSE policies and programs to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Perform risk assessments and safety inspections to identify and mitigate hazards.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct HSE training for staff and clients.
  • Collaborate with management to enhance HSE standards and practices.
  • Prepare and maintain HSE reports and documentation for compliance and internal use.
  • Work closely with Quality Specialist to ensure seamless training and systems structure.
