Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of insurance sales representatives to achieve sales goals and provide outstanding customer service. Develop and implement strategies to increase team productivity and performance.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand the client base. Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly to stay ahead of the competition.

Client Management: Build strong relationships with clients, addressing their insurance needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Handle escalated client issues promptly and professionally.


Requirements

Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the insurance industry.Management Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Sales Expertise: Deep understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a track record of achieving sales targets.Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.Resilience: Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing circumstances, and overcome challenges.Local Presence: Deep knowledge of the Hendersonville, Tennessee market and community connections.
