The Job - Come work with a growing company Our Receptionist will be a member of our Production Coordinator Team and will be responsible for greeting customers, managing incoming calls and all job intake responsibilities.


In this role you will:

  • Input new jobs into our job management and tracking software from phone calls and emails
  • Greet and welcome customers
  • Assist with office management
  • Screen and direct all incoming calls and emails
  • Record and relay messages
  • Manage sub-contractor files
  • Maintain employee and company certifications
  • Sort and distribute mail
  • Maintain office inventory and request restock when necessary
  • Maintain a clean reception area

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years receptionist or similar experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to pass a drug and background screening
  • Strong knowledge of office technology especially Microsoft 365
  • Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving and multitasking skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication and organization skills
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Team player
  • Detailed oriented
  • Customer service oriented
  • Strong time management skills
  • Adaptability
  • Professional attitude and demeanor
