Position Overview:
As a Millwright - Installation Technician at BHS Corrugated, you will play a critical role in installing, assembling, and maintaining our state-of-the-art equipment at various industrial sites. You will collaborate closely with installation leads, BHS technicians, and contractors to ensure the efficient and precise execution of installation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, assemble, and align advanced BHS equipment at various project locations according to company standards.
• Collaborate with installation leads, BHS technicians, and contractors to ensure smooth and efficient task execution.
• Follow BHS Installation standards, effectively communicating requirements to contractors.
• Perform troubleshooting, adjustments, and repairs as needed during and after installation.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to guide installation processes.
• Maintain clear communication with installation leads by providing updates on project progress.
• Provide administrative and organizational support to the BHS installation lead as needed.
• Participate in cross-functional activities and projects as directed by the Service Manager, BHS North America.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Millwright with a strong background in industrial installations, preferably in the corrugated industry.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work at various project locations for extended periods.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, with proficiency in troubleshooting and repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, for effective communication with team members and clients.
• Excellent customer service skills, reflecting the client-focused approach of BHS Corrugated.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• A tech-savvy mindset that aligns with our technology-driven ethos.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical capability to meet the demands of the job, including standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, and working in varied environments.
