Job Description

As a Restaurant Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable dining experience. You will be responsible for providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service while adhering to our high standards of hospitality.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests warmly and assist them in making menu selections

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

- Deliver food and beverages promptly and courteously

- Anticipate guests' needs and accommodate special requests

- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any concerns promptly

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

- Upsell additional products when appropriate

- Process payments accurately and efficiently


Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Must be at least 18 years old (or as per legal requirements)

- Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain one)
