The Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A will report to the Manager of FP&A and work closely with business leaders, finance, and accounting peers across the organization. In this critical role, you will collaborate with the Manager of FP&A to provide the leadership team with valuable financial insights. Your contributions will be essential in driving strategic decisions and optimizing business outcomes. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive support for financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis. You will play a pivotal role in monthly P&L reporting, delivering insightful commentary on variances, and actively participating in the budgeting and forecasting cycle. By fostering strong relationships with cross-functional business leaders, you'll ensure alignment between financial strategies and operational objectives, driving impactful change across the organization.

Role Responsibilities:

Forecasting and Budgeting:

  • Assist in analyzing actual results, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
  • Understand and identify key drivers influencing financial performance.

Financial Analysis and Management Reporting:

  • Assist in preparing high-quality financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for the Executive Leadership team.
  • Ensure timely delivery with meaningful analysis to facilitate discussions on key financial matters.

Special Projects / Ad-hoc Support / Analysis:

  • Perform high-quality, timely analysis for the Executive Leadership team and other functional areas.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, including creating standard and ad-hoc reports.
  • Engage in projects such as liquidity analysis, capital structure changes, ROI analysis, investor presentations, M&A due diligence, working capital analysis, and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Accounting, and/or Corporate Finance.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Critical thinker and self-starter with a propensity for embracing change and leading innovation in financial reporting and modeling.
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred:

  • Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., SQL).
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and applications.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player.
