DEF Driver

This position is responsible for the proper and efficient completion of assigned duties and operation of their vehicle.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads DEF trucks adhering to all Company and Governmental regulations
• Safely operates trucks according to Company policies and state/federal laws
• Maintains vehicle cleanliness and replaces gaskets, nozzles, and other related articles as necessary
• Performs safety inspections on trucks, equipment, and/or facilities as required by Company policy
• Maintains miscellaneous service duties such as checking oil, water, fuel, tires, and tank-related items daily
• Reports any equipment malfunctions and/or concerns to Fleet Manager
• Completes and transmits all paperwork in compliance with established Company procedures
• Knowledge of and the ability to use loading arms and card readers at rack facilities, use auxiliary pumps for loading and unloading vehicles, and use spill kits and fire extinguishers

• Must have a Class A or Class B CDL with clean MVR.
• Hazmat & Tanker endorsements required
• Prior fuel transport/delivery driver experience preferred
• Must be able to meet and maintain Department of Transportation's physical and medical requirements.
• Excellent customer service demeanor.
• Must be available to work weekends, if necessary.
