RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Execute facility opening/closing procedures and ensure facility readiness, including cleanliness, security, and overall operation of the facility.
  • Cleans all areas within assigned buildings including restrooms, floors, glass, removing waste, stocking paper and soap products, and similar activities
  • Rapidly troubleshoot and resolve issues on campus affecting facilities
  • Execute assigned service tickets and assist others with major repairs
  • Execute maintenance and preventative measures to ensure equipment consistently runs at peak performance
  • Setup/breakdown of chairs, tables, stage, audio/visual, and other equipment in church/school facilities to prepare for events – to include athletic events, church worship services, and other special events.
  • Execute projects and coordinate with vendors as needed
  • Some pest control duties
  • Utilizes various tools, equipment, and chemicals in order to complete the work
  • Open work orders for maintenance staff to repair issues on campus
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Utilize task tracking and capacity management system.
  • Carry and operate a two-way radio while on-campus.
  • Operate ladders, lifts, tools, and other equipment in a safe manner.
  • Develop detailed knowledge of operation and integration of all equipment.
  • Put measures in place to ensure that equipment and supplies are secured against damage, loss, or theft.
  • Begin and end projects within reasonable timeframes and communicates needs.
  • Proficient with current technology and communication tools.
  • Aligned with organizational vision, goals, values, and policies.
  • Works well with others and within a team environment.
