Join Our Team as an Entry-Level IT Administrator

Position: IT Administrator (Entry Level)
Employment Type: Full-time, hourly
Work Schedule: Includes Saturday rotations
Location: Central Arkansas (In-office)
Reporting To: IT Department Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Provide user support by answering calls and assisting with IT issues.
  • Manage user accounts: reset passwords, set up new users, and remove access for terminated users.
  • Conduct periodic audits of user accounts and perform data backups.
  • Maintain accurate IT documentation.
  • Assist with basic Windows and application-related issues.
  • Document user interactions and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Starting pay: $14.00 per hour.
