Introduction:

Ulrich Lifestyle Structures is seeking an Operations Administrator for our manufacturing plant in Cleburne, TX. This role is vital in supporting our daily operations and managing a broad range of tasks that enhance productivity and efficiency across the organization.

Role Overview:

The Operations Administrator will operate under the guidance of the Branch Manager and closely work with key departments, including the Custom Structures Management, Revenue Conversion, On-site Installers and Transport Drivers. This position is instrumental in managing product installations, maintaining vendor relationships, and promoting continuous improvements in our operations.

Job Duties:

  • Act as the primary liaison for Nationwide Purchasing and HR issues between our headquarters and the manufacturing plant.
  • Manage warranty, repair executions, and ensure DOT/safety compliance.
  • Lead Driver and On-Site Installation Services with proactive oversight.
  • Administer various administrative responsibilities, including managing office documentation, records, and inventory of supplies and equipment.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, schedule meetings, and manage office logistics.
  • Implement and monitor standard operating procedures across departments.
  • Oversee inventory management and material receiving functions, ensuring accurate tracking and processing of materials.
  • Maintain precise data in company systems related to Inventory Management, Purchasing, Receiving, and Project Budgets.
  • Produce regular operational reports to provide insights and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain communication with internal teams, clients, and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure the office and warehouse environments are well-maintained, coordinating necessary maintenance and improvements.
  • Collaborate with finance to ensure proper financial tracking and compliance.
  • Identify challenges within operations and propose innovative solutions.

Skills/Abilities:

  • Exceptional organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and experienced in data management software.
  • Detail-oriented with robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capable of adapting to changing priorities and managing workload effectively under pressure.

Experience/Education:

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or relevant field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an operations administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing setting.
  • Experience with ERP systems and familiarity with inventory and materials management.

Work Conditions:

  • Monday-Friday; 7:00am-4:00pm, Saturdays as needed

  • Cleburne Manufacturing Office
  • Warehouse is a non-climate controlled environment
